Aisly offers a Premium Plan via a one-time purchase. This purchase is linked to your Firebase Account Identity and grants access to AI features, website hosting, and photo uploads across all supported platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
The seating and music suggestions provided by Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite are tools for guidance. Aisly is not liable for the final guest experience or social dynamics at your event. Users are responsible for reviewing and finalizing all AI-generated content (including vows).
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Aisly a license to host and display these images on your wedding website. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be purged from our servers. Aisly reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Aisly is provided "as is." We are not responsible for hardware failures, data loss due to third-party services (Google, Apple, Spotify), or event-related issues.
